If you smoke there is really good help to quit now.

Often the best way to stop is with a combination of support and treatment, which can significantly increase the chance of stopping (and this is free on the NHS). The support and various medications can be tailored to suit the individual.

And often the best way to do this is with a trained 'stop smoking' advisor available in-house at your GP practice (if there is one), or otherwise through the local stop smoking service.
